Sunday Service

St. Paul UMC’s Sunday service offers dynamic preaching with a joyful atmosphere. The inspiring chancel choir brings the beauty of song to the congregation. We would love to have you join us anytime!

Traditional Worship

11am in the Sanctuary

All are invited into our fellowship. All people are encouraged to enjoy this fellowship and get involved with us. All people are welcomed as a new part of our church family. If you are new here please know that you are invited, you are welcome, and you are encouraged in this place. Here at St. Paul, we hope you leave us feeling inspired and appreciated. Our further hope is that you will feel led to come back and join us very soon. You’re invited to stop by and visit the 11:00am worship service this Sunday.*

There is also a Children's Time for the small children just before they leave for Children's Church.

At our Sunday Worship services we have opportunities for Children and Youth to Acolyte, participate in the Children’s Moment, and attend Children’s Church to learn more about The Lord.

Worship Through Music

Music has always been a vital part of worship of the United Methodist Church. Methodists are "a singing people",  and St Paul is no exception. On page vii in the Methodist Hymnal, John Wesley gives seven directions for singing, Select Hymns 1761. His brother Charles penned over 9,000 hymns and poems, many of which are included in the Methodist Hymnal.

Music is the cornerstone of weekly worship at St. Paul UMC. The music program under the direction of Dr. Tim Gale includes the Sanctuary (adult), handbell, solos and ensembles.  All are invited and encouraged to participate in the St. Paul Music program.

The various choirs rehearse on Wednesdays as follows:

  • Handbell Choir - 5:30pm

  • Adult Choir - 6:30pm

The entire month of August camp meeting style services are conducted where the congregation selects favorite hymns, and the choir features a lively gospel or spiritual song. And two of the highlights of the year are the Easter and Christmas cantata, always moving music experiences with choir and orchestra.
